Refurbishing a four-storey solid masonry residence nestled into the side of the cliff face capped by a pavilion style roof with sweeping views over Palm Beach. Each concept box contained architectural rendered drawings and 3D images along with materials and finishes panels invoking the look and feel of transforming this rather bland monolithic residence into a ocean filled beach retreat. The use of woven rattan, bamboo, tumbled chequerboard floors, bespoke joinery and folded steel staircases with ribbon like balustrades weaves a story of relaxed elegant living throughout for family and friends who come to stay.
