Perishable Architecture at it’s most fleeting that lasted one night with an intimate private dinner of 10 tables with 10 selected guests. Hand glittered chinese paper lanterns floating over a mirror table embellished with leather, brass and sapphire blue butterflies captured the essence of the Nokia soiree.

Private dinner to launch Nokia ‘Sapphire’.
A conceptual design focusing on the unique qualities of the luxury phone made from leather and inset with a unique sapphire stone.
Each of the phones unique materials and finishes were abstracted and represented as separate architectural components to the dining table, furniture and surrounding space.
An architectural concept model was created as the basis to generate the ideas and present to the Client prior to having the perishable construct assembled 12 hours before hand at the Royal Hall of Industries Moore Park .
