In ancient East, mirrors were regarded as sacred objects having magical powers. They also symbolize water, in that they reflect the world and self, or the enlightened psyche. Our mirror beautifully orchestrated by Cressida Kennedy ‘oscillate vacillate’ was the leading player on the ground floor feature wall capturing the surrounding internal and external spaces while providing a great depth to the room rather than a two-dimensional artwork.

Custom mirror

In collaboration with Cressida Kennedy and commissioned by Architect Scott Weston the custom brass and coloured mirror 3000 L x 750mm H was designed as the only artwork to be featured within a stables conversion.

The design was based on my love of sinuous racing car tracks and 1970’s inspirational graphics.
